Solution |
No response when the "Test" button is clicked
or
JavaScript test failed.

JavaScript has either not been turned on or your web browser is running an older version of JavaScript.
Please make sure that JavaScript has been enabled.
In Netscape Navigator: click on Edit from your browser's menu bar, then select Preferences.
Select the Advanced category and be sure that "Enable JavaScript" is checked. Click OK to return to the
Browser Test, then reload this page.
In Microsoft Internet Explorer: Tools from your browser's menu bar, then select Internet Options.
Select the Security tab, then click the Custom Level button. Scroll down to the Scripting options
and Enable Active Scripting. Click OK twice to return to the Browser Test, then
reload this page.
Be sure to re-run the Test if you have made any changes to your browser's settings.

| Cookies are not enabled. |
Please make sure that cookies have been enabled.
In Netscape Navigator: click on Edit from your browser's menu bar, then select Preferences.
Select the Advanced category and be sure that either "Accept all cookies" or "Accept only cookies that
get sent back to the originating server" is selected. Click OK to return to the rowser Test,
then reload this page.
In Microsoft Internet Explorer: Tools from your browser's menu bar, then select Internet Options.
Select the Security tab, then click the Custom Level button. Scroll down to the Cookies options
and Enable Cookies. Click OK twice to return to the Browser Test, then
reload this page.
Be sure to re-run the Test if you have made any changes to your browser's settings.
